Measurements Technology Inc.
MTI Electromechanical Universal Testing Machine Systems are offered in ten standard force capacities ranging from 1,000 pounds to 100,000 pounds (5 kN to 450 kN) force. All systems are fully computer controlled, and include a state-of-the-art Windows 7 based Intel Core i5 Pentium computer data-acquisition and control system with full features and capability including data-base analysis and networking. All testing, such as tensile testing, can be controlled based upon Displacement, Load, Stress or Strain. The full MTI Testing Programs library is included with each system.
Testing fixtures of all required types are available. Specialized applications and research programs might require additional instruments such as Extensometers and Signal Conditioners. MTI offered the first biaxial strain sensor in 1979, and continues to provide our advanced designs to users throughout the world. User friendly multi-channel signals conditioners have also long been one of our standard products.
Significant cost savings can result if you own an outdated frame which is mechanically sound. An attractive alternative to the purchase of a new system might be our PHOENIX Reconstruction. We can create a state-of-the-art Universal Testing Machine from your old load frame.
Often more is required than just a tensile machine. Because of that, we provide testing machines which, in fact, suit all of your needs: tensile, compression, flexural, peel, shear, stress relaxation, creep, low cycle fatigue, n-Value and r-Value tensile, coefficient of friction, lap joints, fiber and yarn, and a full library of structural wood testing programs. Whatever test machine you require, we can help.
Testing machines are an integral part of quality assurance and we want to provide you with the best quality test machine system to ensure your products hold up to the stress they will be required to undergo. We offer a full range of testing systems including: materials testing machines, strength testing machines, compression testing machines, and metals testing equipment.
For tensile testing, materials strength testing, materials testing, tensile strength tests and tension tests, use our tensile testing machines, universal testing machines, mechanical testing equipment, and tensile testing equipment, as well as our metal testing equipment, wood testing machines, tension testing machines, Instron test machines, and universal testing equipment.
