MTI Electromechanical Universal Testing Machine Systems are offered in ten standard force capacities ranging from 1,000 pounds to 100,000 pounds (5 kN to 450 kN) force. All systems are fully computer controlled, and include a state-of-the-art Windows 7 based Intel Core i5 Pentium computer data-acquisition and control system with full features and capability including data-base analysis and networking. All testing, such as tensile testing, can be controlled based upon Displacement, Load, Stress or Strain. The full MTI Testing Programs library is included with each system.
Testing fixtures of all required types are available. Specialized applications and research programs might require additional instruments such as Extensometers and Signal Conditioners. MTI offered the first biaxial strain sensor in 1979, and continues to provide our advanced designs to users throughout the world. User friendly multi-channel signals conditioners have also long been one of our standard products.
